How long does it take for home delivery?
Our wedding dress production time is 20~30 days, and the shipping time is about 4~6 days, so when you place an order, you only need to wait 24~34 days to receive your wedding dress
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
Why am I being charged for delivery on my order when it states standard delivery is free?
Normal speed freight is free for a longer time. If you want to speed up, you need to pay a relative cost of about $20. The freight is also different according to the weight of the product. Usually, the weight of a product is about 2KG. We ship it. If the product is The shipping cost will increase if the weight exceeds this weight
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

Do you deliver on Weekend?
Working hours are different in each country. If your country’s logistics industry also works on weekends, you can receive wedding dresses on weekends.
Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
Each dress is made to order in LilyBridal, including standard size dresses. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We currently accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card online or Western Union, Wire Transfer offline. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.
Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
Yes, if you want to customize the wedding dress, please contact us, tell us the style/fabric/lengthg you want, and please note your requirements when submitting the order

Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.

How do I apply a promotional code?

Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?
Customer’s ordering from outside the European Union can contact us via telephone, live chat, or e-mail and quote the order reference number. Our customer services team will go through the process to remove the VAT off of their order.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.
